GPS upon receiving the job requisition from the client including; Time to fill period, Job Description and Caliber’s Qualification, the recruitment team starts working with the in-house data base and its different recruitment channels to get the best qualified calibers in the market. Afterwards the resume Screening process starts and the initial call for interviews are made and the team shortlists the applicants. Interviews are settled with our client and we receive the feedback and the finally selected candidates are chosen. In case the client is not satisfied with that caliber during the probation period, our recruitment team replaces that employee with no further charges.
